Having completed her MS (ENT) at Madras Medical College, she brings quality experience and expertise in handling a wide range of ENT cases.
Following in her father's footsteps, she is compassionate and kind with her patients, and competent in ENT procedures.
She is always eager to update herself with current advancements in medicine and to pass the benefits on to her patients.

From a single room near Hindu Mission Hospital to a full day care facility behind ESI hospital.
At ENT Care Centre, we combine decades of trusted expertise with compassionate care. Founded in the late 1970s by Dr. B.A. Thulasiram, the centre grew from a modest one-room clinic into the region's first dedicated ENT facility between Guindy and Chengalpet. His patient-first approach and commitment to accessibility built a lasting reputation in Tambaram.
Today, under the leadership of Dr. B.T. Lavanya, the centre continues to uphold his legacy while embracing modern advancements. Conveniently located behind the ESI Hospital in West Tambaram, we provide comprehensive ENT services under one roof — ensuring quality care for every patient, every time.

What to expect at a visit
Before you come
Call the front desk so we can advise a time. Bring any previous prescriptions, scans or audiograms you already have.
At the consultation
The doctor examines the ear, nose and throat, and explains what is going on. Endoscopy, if needed, is usually done in the same visit.
After
You leave with a clear plan — treatment, any tests, and when to come back. Queries afterwards are welcome; call the centre.
